In my opinion, the Challenger Advisory concept matches the perspective as with regard to my professional development path. I am an urban planner with a specialization in strategic planning, focusing on local and territorial sustainable development processes. My occupation requires to always keep up with the latest trends, to be in continuous professional and personal development, to constantly develop my creativity, and to generally being curious. Yes, I think they are. Outside of work I like to focus on my personal development through activities that help me develop my time-management techniques, creativity, and skills, such as drawing/graphic design and craft projects. More than relaxation activities, I see these as instruments through which I manage to develop my focus and also to enhance the level of my creativity in order to be able to be more connected and open to new experiences. Moreover, I enjoy traveling and discovering new places, which I consider is a very delightful way to combine both exploring new experiences and a deeper understanding of the things I already know. I consider that the effects of these interests are for the benefit of my personal performance, but they also help me grow in order to reach different goals in my professional career.
