At CIVITTA we challenge the traditional consulting industry, mixing smart people with lean processes and structures. We are not afraid to encourage our clients to think out of the box and challenge their own industries. This means asking difficult questions and bringing bold, new ideas and innovative solutions to the table.
We have asked Indrė Kulikauskaitė - a project manager from CIVITTA office in Lithuania - to share her thoughts on this.
As a Challenger consultant, I have learned to be open and excited about the challenges that I would have been a little scared of earlier. I now can take on a project which is new to me (industry or activity-wise) and be confident that great results will be delivered because of all the support and experience I get at Civitta. Moreover, I always challenge myself to do more than it is expected and achieve greater impact.
Outside work, I like doing various types of sports. Lately, I am mostly into pole dancing (it is more a sport than a dance - that is why it is on its way to becoming an Olympic sport) and motorcycle riding. I also have a dog with whom I visit the most beautiful places in Lithuania.
I would advise them to be open and join different projects. By being involved in diverse activities, consultants will not only gain valuable experience and learn more but also will find out what projects are the most interesting and appealing for him or her.
