Most of our work is delivered to clients outside of our home markets, in Western Europe, UK, USA and the Middle East.
At the moment, together with AdDrama by Mediapark we are looking for an Account Head.
Position is available for candidates in Vilnius and Kaunas

You will:

  • Lead and mentor a project managers team;
  • Delegate tasks, set performance goals, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to project managers team; 
  • Oversee the execution of project management;
  • Collaborate with clients to define marketing, social media strategies, creative concepts that align with their brand identity and messaging;
  • Work closely with clients to establish marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources;
  • Plan time and team resources;
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and production, to ensure the successful implementation of campaigns; 
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to other tasks directly related to your position and assigned by your direct manager.

Requirements:

  • Experience in social media, marketing, PR or advertising agency companies;
  • 3+ year experience in PM or account head position.
  • Team leadership skills;
  • Budget and deadlines management skills;
  • Strategic planning knowledge;
  • Client Relationship Management skills;
  • Perfect Lithuanian and good English language knowlegde.
