Our client eu-LISA is looking for an Administrative Assistant (Strasbourg)
You will:
Working in the procurement sector you will be in charge of all the administrative tasks such as data collection, data entry, data monitoring.
You will also handle tasks related to event and communication, organize meeting, take minutes and gather input for the sector’s agenda.
You will also have the responsability of preparing documents, presentation and archiving
The position can evolve depending on your personnal strengh.
Requirements:
You should be fluent in English and French.
You should have at least 4 years of working experience if you have a bachelor degree, or 7 years of experience after graduating high-school.
