HOW ABOUT WORKING FOR SAFER EUROPE?
Our client eu-LISA is looking for an Administrative Assistant (Strasbourg)

You will:

  • Working in the procurement sector you will be in charge of all the administrative tasks such as data collection, data entry, data monitoring.
  • You will also handle tasks related to event and communication, organize meeting, take minutes and gather input for the sector’s agenda.
  • You will also have the responsability of preparing documents, presentation and archiving
  • The position can evolve depending on your personnal strengh.

Requirements:

  • You should be fluent in English and French.
  • You should have at least 4 years of working experience if you have a bachelor degree, or 7 years of experience after graduating high-school.
