Challenge yourself and join our innovation team at CIVITTA as an EIC Project Manager for Innovation Advisory.

You will:

  • Build the innovation ecosystem through consulting projects locally and globally;
  • Support innovation ecosystem players in analysing, designing, and implementing innovative solutions;
  • Help startups attract funding through managing grant writing projects, co-developing business plans, and reaching out to investors;
  • Lead analytical research for innovation projects;
  • Simultaneously lead several teams of consultants in project delivery;
  • Develop the network and collaborate with the leading innovation ecosystem players locally and globally.

Requirements:

  • You have 4+ years of experience working with innovation, research & development project management, funding attraction and/or startup ecosystem building;
  • You possess strong leadership skills and have experience in project and team management;
  • You have excellent communication and analytical skills;
  • You strive to bring impact to your clients through fact-based recommendations and high-quality advisory.
  • You are fluent in Ukrainian language;
  • You are fluent in English language.
