You will:

  • Work closely with country operations or finance teams in Romania, Moldova, Hungary and other countries to control company financials and risks;
  • Be responsible or directly involved in a set of operational finance processes in line with company policies and deadlines;
  • Be responsible about the completeness of the financial data in the company’s financial and managerial accounting systems, regular reconciliation of those;
  • Control of finance function costs, contributing to reaching the defined budget;
  • Be accountable for regular intercompany invoicing and loans between the companies if applicable;
  • Be responsible for country cash flow;
  • Support mergers and acquisitions by integrating finance functions;
  • Participate and lead local audits and contribute to the international audit process;
  • Facilitate and support the annual budgeting process;
  • Be involved or manage assigned ad-hoc projects or specific initiatives. 


  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Economics, Economic analysis, Finance or related field;
  • Experience in finance, accounting, business consulting;
  • Strong research, analytical, problem solving and critical thinking and organizational skills;
  • Detail-oriented mindset, ability to multitask;
  • Proactivity in suggesting process improvements;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.);
  • Understanding of local accounting regulations and international accounting principles.

The offered salary range depends on candidate’s  location and work experience.
