Challenge yourself and join our team at CIVITTA as a Financial Controller.
This position is open in Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia.

You will:

  • Work closely with business streams to control project financials and risks across all Civitta geographies where particular business in represented;
  • Be responsible about the completeness of the portfolio data in the company’s managerial accounting system;
  • Follow-up and control of invoicing and collection of overdue receivables;
  • Prepare materials and participate in business reviews or partner meetings on a monthy basis;
  • Facilitate and summarize cash flow forecast of the respective business stream on monthly basis;
  • Facilitate and support annual budgeting process;
  • Deliver relevant reports and metrics overview to the stream leadership;
  • Perform bonus or profit-share calculations according to the company guidelines;
  • Control and oversee EU / grant project financial reporting;
  • Be involved or manage assigned ad-hoc projects or specific initiatives. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Economics, Economic analysis, Finance or related field;
  • Experience in finance, accounting, business consulting;
  • Strong research, analytical, problem solving and critical thinking and organizational skills;
  • Detail-oriented mindset, ability to multitask;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.);
  • Understanding of local accounting regulations and international accounting principles would be an advantage.

We offer salary range 1800-3200 EUR gross/month depending on location of work and experience of final candidate.
