Hello!

We are looking for a Junior colleague to join CIVITTA Private sector team, where you will get hands-on experience on a broad set of exciting projects working with large corporations in Baltics and internationally.
What do we do?
Corporate and business unit strategy projects
Strategic and commercial due-diligences
Change management
Service design & processes
Client value analytics and pricing
Market research
Brand awareness and image studies

You will:

  • Perform desk research, conduct interviews, analyse data
  • Analyse our client’s business needs and design models to determine company growth opportunities and pricing strategies
  • Participate in problem-solving sessions (both internal and external), suggest and justify problem-solving methods and solutions
  • Synthesise your findings into reports

Requirements:

  • You are a top performing recent graduate or final year student in Business Management, Economics, Politics, Finance or a related subject
  • You have developed advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
  • You are proficient in SPSS/SAS (experience in statistical modelling and analysis would be an advantage) or data tools
  • You have developed substantial knowledge in quantitative and qualitative research methodology

The hourly salary for this position ranges from EUR 6.5 to 8.5 gross and depends on your previous experience and assessment during interviews. Could be considered as a full-time or part-time position.
