Our innovation stream works with:
-Startups & Entrepreneurship support programmes;
-Innovation Strategy & Policy;
-Investment attraction, feasibility studies and commercialisation strategies;
-Digital innovation;
-Corporate innovation – new product development and validation Horizon Europe; programme project proposal writing and implementation; 
-National EU Structural funds project application preparation and implementation.
There are two key qualities that make you a potentially good fit for this position. First, experience in EU funding application preparation or project implementation, good administrative skills and eye for detail. The second quality is experience in designing and implementing communication and dissemination activities.
As a Project Coordinator, your responsibilities will stretch from writing EU project proposals by analyzing state-of-the-art research and innovation discoveries to implementing coordination, communication, and dissemination activities

You will:

  • 1. Support various EU project proposal preparation and implementation in fields of research & innovation: 
  • Develop project proposals for the EU grant programmes in field of innovation and science including advisory services;
  • Managing administrative tasks for project implementation, including preparation of payment requests, reporting, and content-related administrative tasks. 
  • 2. Coordinate and implement Erasmus for young entrepreneurs programme outreach and publicity activities:
  • Execute an outreach campaign for the EYE programme, recruiting young individuals to pursue their business ideas through an exchange trip;
  • Coordinate student involvement in the programme, ensuring timely submission of their reports;
  • Develop and implement publicity strategies to increase awareness and participation in the programme, including online and offline channels. 

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and design skills;
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders;
  • Fluent level of English and Latvian language.

Salary starting from 1250 EUR gross/month depending on experience.
