CIVITTA Lithuania is looking for a PROJECT MANAGER to work side-by-side with our clients on strategic planning, change management and digital transformation!
CIVITTA – The Challengeʳ Advisory.
You would have the opportunity to join our Private sector advisory team, where you will be able to meaningfully contribute to changes for the local and international industry leaders while working with international teams from other CIVITTA offices.
Private sector advisory team works on these topics:
Strategic planning & change management- helping companies to implement strategic change
BI and data analytics – transforming data into business insights
Digital strategy & transformation – completing digital audit/dataset audit.

You will:

  • Take the lead (with support from senior and junior colleagues) in the execution of projects
  • Work on business analysis and requirements development for the analytics solution
  • Work with and manage team of analysts
  • Proactively involve senior team members, integrate customer needs and requirements
  • Communicate to and meet potential client representatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Economics, Business, IT, Data, Mathematics, Econometrics or a related subject
  • Advanced knowledge of English and Lithuanian language (oral and written)
  • Relevant experience, especially valued the experience in management consulting
  • Experience in advanced data tools is an advantage
  • Interest and motivation to take ownership and lead development of strategic solutions
  • Strong communication skills, both internal and external

The monthly salary for this position ranges from EUR 3800 to 4500 gross and depends on your previous experience and assessment during interviews!
