🚀 CIVITTA Lithuania is looking for a Research Team Lead to work side-by-side with our consumer insights team and clients in market research projects.
You would have the opportunity to join our Private sector advisory team, where you will be able to meaningfully contribute to changes for the local and international industry leaders while working with international teams from other CIVITTA offices.
In market research we translate business challenges into questions for consumers, collect data about their attitudes, needs, behavior, and experience, and deliver data-driven insights that answer the underlying business problem. We use different research approaches to best address our client’s questions, including interviews, discussions, surveys and all kinds of tests to both gain in-depth understanding and identify trends.

You will:

  • Challenge team and clients with smart questions
  • Design and implement research strategies and project plans aligned with client objectives
  • Lead and guide research team with ideas and direction for analysis, ensuring high quality results that support strategic decisions and bring impactful change 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, communicating progress and presenting results, leading effective discussions
  • Present synthesized insights and make actionable recommendations to clients
  • Allocate and monitor budget, personnel and ad-hoc project resources effectively

Requirements:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Marketing, Economics or related field
  • At least 5 year experience working with market research is a must, project and team management would be considered as an advantage
  • You are proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and SPSS/SAS (experience in statistical modelling and analysis)
  • Great knowledge in quantitative and qualitative research methodology
  • You have a comprehensive understanding of all technical aspects of research
  • You have developed strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret significant amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy

The monthly salary for this position ranges from EUR 3800 to 4700 gross and depends on your previous experience and assessment during interviews!
