In market research team we translate business challenges into insightful questions, empowering data-driven solutions. We use different research approaches to best address our client’s questions, including interviews, discussions, and surveys to both gain an in-depth understanding and identify consumer trends. You would be joining our Private sector advisory team, where you will be able to meaningfully contribute to changes for the local and international industry leaders while working with both local and international teams.

  • Design and implement quantitative and/or qualitative research to understand consumers’ behaviors, uncover the ‘why’ behind their preferences, and decisions
  • Oversee the data collection process, ensuring the quality of data
  • Perform both standard and complex data analysis to uncover hidden patterns, correlations, and insights in the dataset
  • Narrate the story behind data and prepare comprehensive reports for clients, bringing understandable and actionable findings
  • Work closely with clients to refine research questions, provide updates, and discuss findings
  • Lead junior team members in task execution, fostering their growth and development

  • You have developed substantial knowledge of quantitative and/or qualitative research methodology
  • You are proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and SPSS/R or other statistical data analysis tool
  • You feel comfortable with Lithuanian and English as your main working languages, both verbal and written
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Psychology, Marketing, Mathematics, Economics, Finance or related field and 2-3 year of working experience in market/consumer research (experience in Market Research industry would be an advantage)
  • You are ready to reach for excellence and produce results that add value to the business

The final monthly salary for this position ranges from EUR 2800 to 3500 gross and depends on your previous experience and assessment during interviews!
