Experts of Civitta took part in annual HR conference in Latvia

On 27th-28th of September, the annual personnel and labor rights conference took place in Riga. The largest HR conference in Latvia, organized for the sixth time, attracted around 600 visitors - HR specialists of Latvian and foreign companies. Local and international experts shared their experience and ideas on different HR related topics.

For the first time Civitta Latvia took part in the conference with the presentation of Gatis Bolinskis, Partner of Civitta, who spoke about building company's brand by customizing employee image. The topic was focused on approach that is based both on peoples' and companies' values, letting to ensure integrity between company's supply and actions in line with customer service and actual customer needs.

During the conference, Civitta Latvia had an exhibition stand where participants could become familiar with the value determination methodology. Experts presented the results of several studies about values of European country inhabitants. Attendants of the conference were surprised to find out that their stereotypes correspond to results of Gatis Bolinskis research.

The presentation of Civitta experts and the results of research received the highest valuation among participants.
