Our home for the week is a resort built like a Mediterranean village: colourful buildings set around plazas, pools and palm-lined streets, in the hills above Benidorm. Rooms, meeting spaces and restaurants are spread across the site, so most things are a short walk apart.

Arriving early or staying longer? That’s possible, but transfers outside the event dates are your own to arrange. See the Travel policy for what’s covered.

Final arrangements depend on arrival and departure times and on our policy:
Yes, travel and accommodation for the event dates are organised centrally based on your survey answers. You don’t need to book anything yourself unless you’re extending your trip.
Yes, extending your stay around the event is possible. Check the Travel Policy for what’s reimbursed. Transfers outside the official dates aren’t covered, though you’re welcome to free seats on our shuttles if available.
In short: light clothes plus a warm evening layer, sports kit for the Olympics, something sharp for the Gala Dinner, and smart-casual for the Professional day.
The professional agenda is part of work, and your BU operations team will share specific time-logging instructions closer to the event. The fun parts remain gloriously unbillable.
The Offsite is designed for Civitta teams, and guest participation isn’t standard. Individual situations can be discussed — reach out to [email protected].
