The future of healthcare: Investments and innovation
Civitta Slovakia, as the EIT Health Hub in Slovakia, is organizing another EIT Health Morning Health Talks, which will return to Bratislava on October 10, 2024. This event will bring together key players from Slovakia’s healthcare innovation ecosystem to discuss the latest trends and foster collaboration in the sector.
This edition will focus on exploring investments and financing for innovative healthcare projects within the CEE region. As part of the ongoing Morning Health Talks series, this event will allow attendees to network and engage with experts, investors, and innovators shaping the future of healthcare in the region.
Key Focus Areas & Agenda
Together with our guests, we will analyze the current state of venture capital investments in healthcare startups across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), with a particular emphasis on Slovakia. This will be followed by a panel discussion with investors and VC funds. In the next part, several Slovak startups will present their projects and their path to funding.
Finally, we will explore different funding opportunities for innovative healthcare projects and provide participants with practical advice on how to get funding.
The EIT Health Morning Health Talks have been a crucial platform for knowledge-sharing and innovation across Europe since 2019. This year’s event promises to be an excellent opportunity to explore the future of healthcare, with a focus on the role of investments and innovations in driving forward the industry in Slovakia and beyond.
