The background:
European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIH) Network is the driving force behind Europe’s digitalisation. EDIHs work as one-stop shops throughout all EU regions.
With the support of the European Commission, the EDIH Network is a community of tech experts that work together to help and assist Europe’s businesses and organisations on their path towards digital transformation.
Civitta has become part of the European Digital Innovation Hub (The Slovak AI Digital Innovation Hub – SKAI-eDIH). Our EDIH connects and helps companies and public organisations to take their digitalisation to the next level with the help of artificial intelligence.
The essence of the project:
The Slovak AI Digital Innovation Hub – SKAI-eDIH (HOPERO) is a nation-wide ecosystem coordinated by the Kempelen Institute of Intelligent Technologies in close collaboration with the Centre of Operations of the Slovak Academy of Sciences, Slovak Alliance for Innovation Economy and CIVITTA Slovakia. SKAI-eDIH “Hopero” supports small and medium-sized companies or institutions to take digitalisation to the next level by using artificial intelligence.
SKAI-eDIH is dedicated to 3 main goals:
- Promotion of digital technologies related to artificial intelligence in all its aspects,
- Supporting the SMEs in access to private and EU funding necessary for adoption of all digital technologies, focusing specifically on SMEs in the regions, and
- Development of digital innovation ecosystem.
