In this position, you will play a key role in generating project opportunities and managing projects to create a long-lasting societal impact through the work with public sector clients.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to jump on the adventure of building and growing a leading management consultancy originating from Central Eastern Europe.

You will:

  • Craft a pipeline of local and international projects and build and maintain long-lasting client relationships;
  • Participate in local and international tenders with high-quality proposals to build a portfolio of impactful projects in the public sector;
  • Lead project execution to provide our clients with high-quality fact-based results and create a positive impact;
  • Grow and manage a team of motivated and high-performing professionals – hire, mentor, and create an environment of continuous learning and development for them.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience working with public sector organizations in the digital field;
  • Professional level of Estonian and English language;
  • A solid knowledge base in one or more of the following domains: e-government solutions, IT strategies and roadmaps, business analyses, digital transformation and process optimization, or public sector digitalization project implementation;
  • Ability to build a strong sales pipeline;
  • Relevant experience in tender bidding would be a significant advantage;
  • Strong leadership potential to build and develop a collaborative and high-performing team;
  • A self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects and complex processes autonomously.
