You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to deal closure — and play a key role in growing our digital and consulting projects across various sectors.
What you’ll be selling:
– Custom web and mobile applications for enterprise clients;
– AI agents and AI-based automation tools;
– AI integrations into business processes (chatbots, analytics, RPA, etc.);
– Consulting services in digital transformation.

You will:

  • Manage the full sales cycle (outbound/inbound): from lead generation to closingIdentify and qualify potential clients (banks, telecom, government, large corporates);
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations;
  • Maintain CRM records and manage deal pipeline;
  • Collaborate with project teams to tailor client solutions;
  • Participate in public and private sector tenders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales (digital, IT, or consulting services);
  • Fluent English and Russian (both written and spoken);
  • Uzbek language proficiency is a plus;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to build relationships with senior decision-makersSelf-driven, goal-oriented, and well-organized;
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Google Workspace.
