Take the step towards your journey with us and join us as a Consultant for Innovation Advisory in Lithuania.

You will:

  • Support the proposal development and implementation of large and impactful projects for the most prominent innovation ecosystem actors and large international donor organisations, such as the European Commission, EBRD, GIZ and others;
  • Communicate and maintain relations with stakeholders from the business, government and international donor community;
  • Help to manage large-scale projects and use project management skills;
  • Conduct analytical research on various topics and prepare drafts of analytical documents;
  • Support colleagues in day-to-day project execution and reporting;
  • Develop high-quality written text, visual materials, slides and templates;
  • Analyse and understand different calls for proposals and their requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field;
  • You feel comfortable with English as your main working language, both verbal and written (C1);
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills;
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Curiosity and genuine interest in innovation topics;
  • High attention to detail, efficiency, diligence, and responsibility;
  • Experience working with local or international grant/tender applications or project implementation would be an advantage;
  • Lithuanian language proficiency would be an advantage.
