You will be instrumental in designing and implementing effective solutions to meet the strategic needs of our clients. You will apply your economic & business knowledge, skills in governance, and management to implement projects that deliver substantial and lasting improvements.

You will:

  • Analyze and evaluate public sector programs and policies to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Conduct research and data analysis to support evidence-based recommendations and decision-making.
  • Design strategic plans, policy documents, and operational frameworks that align with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings to drive project objectives and foster collaborative working environments.
  • Prepare and present reports, and presentations that communicate complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, and achievement of outcomes, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet changing needs and priorities.
  • Contribute to business development activities, including proposal writing and the cultivation of new client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in English and Armenian.
  • A university degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in the public/business sector or consulting.
  • Understanding of economics and business, public sector governance, policy development, and project management.
  • Experience in sustainability is an asset.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the confidence to engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet project demands.
