We are looking for experienced professionals in two main directions: Digital Transformation of Public Sector and SMEs & Economic Development and Policy Research.

You will:

  • Conduct research and data analysis from public and private sectors;
  • Assist in developing feasibility studies and business cases;
  • Participate in business process analysis and propose digitalization solutions;
  • Participate in client meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions;
  • Support economic research and prepare analytical reports;
  • Collaborate with senior analysts and experts to deliver consulting projects;
  • Produce clear and visually appealing analytical outputs (reports, presentations). 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technologies, Economics, or Public Administration;
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in digital transformation projects or economic research;
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Proficiency in data processing tools (Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Georgian is a plus;
  • Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
