Our team works on large projects to digitize the public sector, related to strategic planning, change management and digital transformations. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about guiding organizations through digital decision-making, blending expertise in business process management and digital strategy development.

You will:

  • Effectively interact with our team and clients to define business strategies for digital transformation and change management;
  • Prepare concepts for digital product implementation;
  • Deliver suggestions and solutions to drive the digital development of the Lithuanian public sector;
  • Analyze IT systems, activity processes and process drawing according to BPMN methodology;
  • Prepare technical specifications for IT systems;
  • Identify gaps and develop recommendations on how to fill gaps in existing digital products;
  • Create conceptsof how the desired functionality of the product should work;
  • Participate in discussions and brainstorming sessions;
  • Prepare various analysis reports, providing conclusions;
  • Analyze various scientific sources, legal acts in order to understand the compliance of IT systems;
  • Convert your findings into reports and present them to the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, IT systems, or a related field;
  • 1-2+ years of working experience, preferably in the related niche;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail;
  • Ability to communicate ideas fluently in writing and orally. logical thinking;
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, structured, and persuasive written content, including reports, presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations;
  • Ability to craft compelling proposals, user-friendly documentation, and high-quality written materials for both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Ability to produce high-quality, well-structured documentation with clarity and consistency;
  • Familiarity with desk research, interviews, and data analysis;
  • Orientation to the client and to the result, organization, creativity and initiative;
  • Constant desire to learn;
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills;
  • Fluent Lithuanian and advanced English skills, both verbal and written.
