We are looking for an independent thinker who is comfortable in the world of numbers and tables, able
to see beyond the data, ask important questions, and provide recommendations considering the
research context. Our new colleague can write analytical texts that are substantive and logical, the
graphs created are easily understandable, accurate, and aesthetically pleasing.
This position is open in Tallinn and Tartu.

You will:

  • Help implement applied research projects in both public and private sectors;
  • Provide valuable input to policymakers and decision-makers;
  • Collaborate with experts from different fields;
  • Write analytical, substantive and logical texts.

Requirements:

  • Enjoy challenging, exciting, and socially significant projects;
  • Master’s degree and at least 2 years of experience conducting analyses;
  • Experience as an analyst in the private or public sector;
  • Systematic, analytical, proactive, and solution oriented mindset;
  • Good command of MS Excel. Experience with data analysis softwares (SPSS, STATA, R) is an advantage;
  • Enthusiasm about details but also ability to see the big picture;
  • Excellence in written and verbal Estonian and English;
  • Free communication with both your team members and clients, being not afraid of public speaking, and ability to persuasively justify your choices;
  • Experience in project management and proficiency in qualitative methods is an advantage.

The final monthly salary for this position ranges from 1800 EUR gross/month to 2500 EUR gross/month and depends on your previous experience and assessment during the recruitment process.
