Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the financial administration of EU-funded projects, ensuring compliance with grant regulations;
  • Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure alignment with approved financial plans;
  • Prepare accurate financial and supporting documentation (invoices, salary slips, time records, depreciation schedules, procurement documents etc.) in line with funding guidelines;
  • Manage the preparation, submission, and follow-up of payment requests to funding agencies;
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients and funding agencies, addressing project-related queries and issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification;
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in EU-funded project administration and implementation;
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English;
  • Strong organisational, administrative, and time management skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team;
  • High attention to detail, diligence, and responsibility;
  • Knowledge of accounting or clerical procedures would be considered an advantage.

Salary range is between 2.450 EUR gross/month and 3.450 EUR gross/month and depends on seniority of final candidate.
