In this position, you will be developing and managing legal processes within the group, positioning successful legal campaigns from ideation to execution in different countries, maintaining and distributing tasks for the team of professionals, being ready for all the other different upcoming legal matters.

You will:

  • Develop and execute the organization’s legal strategy, aligning it with the overall business goals and objectives
  • Manage corporate restructuring projects as well as multiple M&As deals
  • Establish and maintain legal processes within the Group
  • Manage legal disputes, working with external legal counsel when necessary, conducting internal investigations, and advising on settlement options
  • Oversee and manage the legal department and its employees
  • Supervise the drafting, review, and all other legal documentation in the organization
  • Maintain relationships with external law firms and manage the legal department’s budget and resources effectively
  • Serve as a legal advisor to shareholders, management board members, and directors, providing legal opinion on strategic decisions
  • Develop risk management processes and rules to minimize exposure to legal liabilities

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in law
  • At least 7 years of experience in a legal role, working as a senior lawyer or legal manager in an international organization or a similar environment is highly desirable
  • Successful experience leading negotiations on complex, high-value contracts and agreements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
  • Experience in supervising and mentoring legal team
  • Flawless English (both written and verbal)
