Head of Lithuanian funding is individual who develop service lines before transitioning to the Associate Partner position. You would sell and deliver work on a standalone basis with the support of other Partners in the group.

You will:

  • Sales of own projects, including upselling to our existing clients in the area of innovation and funding primarily in Lithuania (although there would be no formal geographical limitations for sales efforts);
  • Management of the delivery of own projects, and responsibility for project P&L;
  • Leadership of the existing Local funding team in Lithuania, including responsibility for team P&L.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with local funding in Lithuania;
  • Degree or relevant experience in a field, such as business, sustainability, or engineering;
  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian language;
  • Leadership potential to build and develop a collaborative and high-performing team;
  • Ability to build a sales pipeline.

The final monthly salary for this position ranges from 4.000 EUR gross/month to 4.500 EUR gross/month + KPI bonus based on projects profitability and depends on your previous experience and assessment during interviews!
