Are you passionate about solving complex business challenges and driving impactful change? We are seeking an ambitious Intern to join our advisory team, where you will have the opportunity to work across diverse sectors in private, public, and innovation streams.
This position is open across all Civitta locations: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Slovakia, Czechia, Ukraine, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Moldova, Kosovo, Serbia, North Macedonia, Armenia, Georgia, Portugal, Uzbekistan.

You will:

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver impactful solutions across sectors, including strategy development, market analysis, international expansion, and mergers & acquisitions;
  • Support partnerships with public institutions, NGOs, and international organizations to contribute to policy initiatives and the delivery of digital services aimed at enhancing citizen well-being and inclusive development;
  • Assist in fostering innovation by supporting the development of entrepreneurship ecosystems, research commercialization efforts, and sustainable growth strategies—especially for start-ups and SMEs.

Requirements:

  • Current Bachelor’s or Master’s student in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Public Policy, International Relations, etc.);
  • Fluency in English and the local language;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a passion for data-driven decision making;
  • Interest or experience in working with diverse clients—from private businesses to public sector and innovation-driven organizations;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Results-oriented mindset with a desire to contribute to real-world outcomes;
  • Availability to work from the office at least 3 days per week.
