We are seeking an experienced IT Product Manager with a strong understanding of software development and product lifecycle management. In this role, you will drive product planning, execution, and delivery by combining technical expertise with customer insight. You will collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to define product vision, prioritize requirements, and ensure successful product releases that meet customer needs and business objectives.

You will:

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical constraints, evaluate feasibility, and translate customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements;
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, support, to identify high-value features, common pain points, and opportunities for innovation;
  • Define and maintain a clear, data-driven product roadmap and backlog aligned with company goals;
  • Own and refine the Product Backlog: write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritize items before each sprint based on user impact, technical complexity, and business value;
  • Optimize collaboration with the Development Team by balancing technical considerations with product priorities;
  • Ensure transparency and visibility of the Product Backlog and product roadmap for all stakeholders;
  • Partner with engineering lead and CPO to plan releases, define delivery milestones, and ensure execution quality;
  • Define, track, and analyze key product metrics to measure the success of features and inform future decisions;
  • Participate in technical discussions, provide product context during architecture decisions, and ensure alignment between product vision and technical implementation.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager (experience in a technical or software-focused environment preferred);
  • Solid technical background or understanding of software development concepts, APIs, integrations, and system architecture;
  • Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
  • Experience working with engineering teams and translating technical details into meaningful product requirements;
  • Ability to manage multiple products, components, or priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
  • Hands-on experience with the Atlassian toolkit (Jira, Confluence, etc.);
  • Ability to apply various prioritization frameworks (e.g., RICE, MoSCoW, Value vs. Effort);
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills;
  • You are a highly collaborative team player with the ability to drive alignment across technical
  • and non-technical groups;
  • Fluency in English.
