Take the step towards your journey with us and join us as a Junior Project Coordinator for Innovation Advisory in Hungary.
We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented person to support our implementation and communications teams across a wide range of activities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, loves solving logistical puzzles, and doesn’t shy away from a well-structured spreadsheet.

You will:

  • Monitor timelines and deadlines, and keeping project teams on track;
  • Support with administrative tasks like contracts, purchase orders, and internal documentation;
  • Take notes during meetings and circulating clear, concise memos afterward;
  • Manage our merch inventory and assisting with basic production coordination;
  • Maintain up-to-date records of subcontractors in Excel;
  • Research and collect ideas for new merch items;
  • Assist with logistics and catering coordination for events;
  • Follow up on press releases and media outreach;
  • Prepare meeting rooms and setting up technical equipment;
  • Support our Project Coordinators with recruitment-related tasksHelping with event planning and on-site execution;
  • Organize occasional team-building activities for the project team.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
  • Fluent level of English and Hungarian language;
  • Comfort working across multiple teams and topics at once;
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset;
  • Experience with tools like Excel, Google Workspace, and Monday.com is a plus;
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in comms, events, or creative environments before.

The final monthly salary for this position ranges from 357.000 HUF gross/month to 520.000 HUF gross/month and depends on your previous experience and assessment during interviews!
