in North Macedonia.
We will consider also candidates from Armenia and Ukraine.

You will:

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports;
  • Streamline managerial reporting processes and support continuous improvementinitiatives;
  • Lead improvements in the managerial reporting tool (automation, structurization, andensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems);
  • Design and develop Power BI Dashboards;
  • Support budgeting & forecasting functions in collaboration with other teams;
  • Analyze financial and operational data and provide recommendations to seniormanagement for decision-making.

Requirements:

  • University degree in finance, accounting, or economics;
  • 5+ years of experience in Finance, Managerial accounting, FP&A, or Controlling;
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, datamodeling, publishing models, report automation;
  • Good MS Excel & Google Sheets skills;
  • Analytical mindset;
  • High level of attention to detail and a responsible attitude to work;
  • Upper-intermediate level of English.

The final monthly salary for North Macedonia for this position ranges from 2800 EUR gross/month to 3500 EUR gross/month and depends on your previous experience and assessment during the recruitment process.
