You will:

  • Handle corporate legal matters, including drafting/registering the decisions of the board/shareholders; 
  • Handle internal mergers & acquisitions within the Group and outside, including preparations of  the agreements and coordination of the process;
  • Provide legal advice to colleagues on a variety of matters – from daily operations to strategic business decisions;
  • Draft, review, revise and negotiate legal documents – including contracts, internal regulations, claims and legal notices;
  • Communicate with partners internationally – supporting effective collaboration and smooth contract implementation.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Law;
  • At least 4 years of experience working as a lawyer in a law firm or as in-house counsel within an international company;
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English;
  • A practical mindset;
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments and openness to change;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and embrace new approaches;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • High attention to details and a strong sense of responsibility.

The salary for this position starts at 2500 EUR gross/month and final amount depends on your previous experience and assessment during interviews!
