You will:

  • Create valid methodologies for analysis and effectively lead teams in discussions, brainstorming sessions, share ideas and guide analysis;
  • Lead the discussions with clients and challenge them to create high quality results for their business;
  • Define project objectives, proactively manage resources, finances and time, delegate projects tasks to the team;
  • Coach junior team members, share experience and create learning opportunities for them within projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance or a related subject (Masters degree would be an advantage);
  • 3-4 years working experience in consulting or in a business organisation;
  • Experience in managing teams and projects;
  • Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills;
  • Exceptional problem solving and presentation skills;
  • Advanced level of English language (both verbal and written);
  • Fluent level of Armenian language;
  • Readiness to reach for excellence and produce results that add value to the business.
