You will:

  • Assist in day-to-day project coordination and communication with clients (in both Lithuanian and English);
  • Perform administrative tasks and support operational workflows;
  • Communicate directly with end users to solve issues, gather feedback, and ensure a smooth experience;
  • Support digital project execution;
  • Track tasks and deadlines across digital and admin workflows;
  • Ensure smooth internal communication between teams and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in Lithuanian and English (both written and spoken);
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively;
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset;
  • Basic familiarity with digital tools and platforms (CMS, task managers, etc.);
  • Previous experience in a digital or project-based environment is a strong plus.

Depending on your previous experience we offer salary of up to 15 EUR gross/hour.
