Take the step towards your journey with us and join us as a Senior Consultant for Funding Advisory in Poland!

You will:

  • Work on EU project implementation under the new perspective 2021–2027, for example European Funds for Modern Economy (EFME), European Funds for Social Development (EFSD), European Funds for Regions (EFR 2021–2027), National Reconstruction Plan, Programs financed from the EC level (e.g. CEF, Horizon);
  • Prepare applications for payments, monitor budgets and prepare reports for institutions (e.g. PARP, NCBR, CUPT);
  • Consult clients on the eligibility of expenditure and interpretation of guidelines (including the Cost Eligibility Guidelines);
  • Prepare tender documentation based on the Principle of Competitiveness;
  • Conduct internal audits of clients’ project documentation;
  • Prepare for and participate in projects for official inspections, audits and evaluations;
  • Mentor junior colleagues and provide support for the project teams;
  • Cooperate with clients’ financial and legal departments in the implementation of agreements.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in working on EU projects (including at least 1 project from the new perspective 2021–2027);
  • Knowledge of cost eligibility, public aid, cross-financing, principles of competitiveness and other similar rules;
  • Experience in working with IT systems: SL2014, LSI2021 CST2021;
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data and documents, attention to detail and independence;
  • Communication skills and the ability to conduct correspondence with public institutions;
  • Experience in working on projects financed by the EC may be an advantage;
  • Fluent level of Polish and upper-intermediate English is a must.
