You will:

  • Drive societal impact primarily through sustainable urban mobility initiatives, while also contributing through qualitative studies, urban and territorial development projects, public policy formulation, and the conservation of cultural heritage;
  • Lead day-to-day project execution by leading 2-3 people;
  • Proactively manage resources and timelines, designing and implementing robust methodologies for analysis and project delivery;
  • Contribute to leading brainstorming sessions, guide analysis, oversee project proposals, and generate new opportunity leads;
  • Support company growth, contributing to the development of the organization’s expertise and presence both locally and internationally;
  • Engage in problem-solving sessions both internally and externally (with stakeholders), proposing and justifying tailored methodologies and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in urban planning, architecture or a related field;
  • A master’s degree in urban mobility planning is preferred;
  • 3+ years of working experience in territorial and urban planning, with a focus on urban mobility (PATJ, PUG, PUZ, etc.); experience with PMUD is highly valued;
  • Proven expertise in developing sustainable and scalable solutions to effectively address complex urban challenges;
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with public authorities and engaging in local/international tenders is highly valued;
  • Proficiency in QGIS/ArcGIS (highly desirable);
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint and Word);
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality written content in Romanian and English tailored to diverse audiences;
  • Ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality results while maintaining strategic oversight;
  • A commitment to achieving excellence and producing value-driven results for clients and society.
