Challenge yourself and join our team at Civitta as a Technical Support Specialist in Ukraine.

You will:

  • Provide technical and substantive support for Civitta’s employees in 20+ countries across Europe;
  • Create and configure corporate accounts in internal systems and prepare laptops for first use;
  • Participate in the onboarding process by managing user accounts in Microsoft 365 andGoogle Workspace via the admin console;
  • Administer corporate subscriptions (M365, Google, and other SaaS services);
  • Manage the corporate laptop fleet: allocation, return, re-use, and maintenance of devices;
  • Collaborate with the team to improve support processes and optimize the IT infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Information Technology or current enrollment in the final year of IT studies;
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position;
  • Advanced proficiency in English (as it will be the primary working language);
  • Strong communication skills.

The salary for this position ranges from 4 EUR- to 5 EUR gross/hour and final amount depends on your previous experience & assessment during interviews!
