Our client, eu-LISA, is the European Union Agency responsible for operating large-scale IT systems that help keep Europe safe and support cooperation in areas like security, migration, and justice. Civitta provides temporary workers to eu-LISA.
Communication Officer
As a Communication Officer, you will support the Communication Sector within the Business and Stakeholder Relations Unit. You will work closely with eu-LISA staff and management, contributing to internal and external communication activities, content creation, and visibility initiatives.

You will:

  • Support the planning, implementation, and reporting of internal and external communication activities
  • Contribute to strengthening eu-LISA’s online and internal communication channels
  • Prepare and publish communication materials, including visually engaging content and weekly internal newsletters
  • Support the organisation of internal meetings and coordination of external visibility events
  • Coordinate and support the production of video and interview series on corporate priorities and EU values
  • Collaborate with corporate ICT to further develop internal communication tools and channels
  • Support the analysis and improvement of communication outreach and engagement
  • Draft, edit, and review communication materials, including reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes

Requirements:

  • Education corresponding to a completed university degree
  • Relevant professional experience in communication, media, or related fields
  • Experience in content creation, including multimedia and digital communication tools
  • Strong writing and editorial skills in English
  • Ability to organise and coordinate meetings, events, and communication activities
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficient in SharePoint, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro CC and Lightroom, JungleMail, Canva, Camtasia, Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Drupal, WordPress, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, EU Survey Tool, Outlook
  • Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level)
