You will be responsible for the day-to-day financial and operational activities of the fund and its management company, working closely with partners, investors, and external service providers.

Your responsibilities

  • Handle fund and management company accounting, including budgeting, financial reporting, and capital calls, in cooperation with external service providers.
  • Coordinate the annual audit process and ensure timely, accurate responses to auditors.
  • Oversee investor and portfolio company compliance, including KYC processes, while acting as the primary point of contact for operational matters.
  • Manage office operations and internal administration, covering everything from event organization to HR tasks like contract updates and leave management.

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum of two years in accounting, auditing, or a related financial management role.
  • A keen curiosity in or foundational understanding of the venture capital and investment landscape.
  • Full professional fluency in Estonian and English, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive, self-driven professional who thrives when taking ownership of their domain.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills paired with a practical, ‘roll-up-your-sleeves’ approach to problem-solving.

Our culture

  • We value structure and clarity but keep bureaucracy to as low as possible.
  • You’ll have a high degree of autonomy in how you organize your time and work.
  • We are a professional and collaborative team that takes our goals seriously—but never misses a chance to laugh.
  • The position may initially be part-time (minimum 0.7 FTE), with the intention of transitioning to a full-time role over time. The role is based in Tallinn and follows a hybrid working model, with an expectation of on-site presence three days per week.
