Take the step towards your journey with us and join us as a Financial Analyst in Poland!

You will:

  • Develop financial models and economic analyses (including financial projections, cash flow analysis, EBITDA, IRR, performance indicators) for projects co-financed by state aid funds and EU funds;
  • Prepare profitability and risk analyses of investment projects (including scenario and sensitivity analyses);
  • Prepare project budgets;
  • Collaborate with project teams and clients to collect input data necessary to prepare financial models and economic analyses;
  • Participate in the preparation of application documentation, including financial sections of funding applications and other attachments;
  • Support negotiations and agreements with financing institutions (e.g., PARP, NCBR, NFOŚiGW, BGK).

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (including financial modeling, advanced functions, pivot tables, and scenario analysis);
  • Data analysis skills;
  • Logical and analytical thinking skills;
  • Independence and responsibility for assigned tasks;
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with the client and project team;
  • Ability to work under time pressure and in a dynamic project environment;
  • Fluency in Polish, both spoken and written (work with documentation in Polish language);
  • English (minimum B2 level).
