This position is open in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Slovakia and Hungary.

You will:

  • Setting and implementing HR strategy in line with Civitta’s mission and values;
  • Talent Acquisition and Employment Branding;
  • Performance Management of all employees, including Senior Management;
  • Management of central training programs;
  • Senior management onboarding and learning and development programs;
  • Hard HR (HR analytics, maintaining salary policy, onboarding process, employee information in internal database);
  • Indirect management / coaching / supporting HR Business Partners.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role (e.g., Head of HR, HR Director);
  • Strong background in setting and implementing HR strategy aligned with business goals;
  • Experience working closely with senior management and supporting leadership teams;
  • Solid expertise across core HR areas: talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, and compensation;
  • Experience with HR analytics, salary structures, and HR systems;
  • Ability to coach and support HR Business Partners and leaders without direct authority;
  • Strong business mindset with the ability to balance organizational goals and employee experience;
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills;
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism;
  • Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.

The salary for this position ranges from 4950 to 5950 EUR gross/month and final salary depends on your previous experience & assessment during interviews.
Performance-based annual bonus of 15–25% of annual salary, depending on the seniority of selected candidate.
