Take the step towards your journey with us and join us as an Head of Operations for Caucasus and Central Asia Region to lead and optimize our regional operations. In this key role, you will oversee a team of 3 internal professionals within our local operations and finance departments, as well as external accountants, who alltogether provide seamless support in operations, finance, and legal services.
Reporting directly to the Head of Administration, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient processes and driving operational excellence.
This position can be based in Yerevan, offering flexibility to work from one of our key regional offices.

You will:

  • Oversee Regional Operations – Act as the primary point of contact for employees and partners, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and resolving operational challenges. Business trips to Tbilisi and Tashkent will be required;
  • Own the Regional Operations Budget – Take full responsibility for meeting the operations and finance budget in the Baltic and Nordic region. Identify opportunities for cost efficiency, suggest improvements, and implement solutions to optimize spending;
  • Manage Finance & Budgeting – Oversee cash flow, payroll, and financial reporting, together with centralised teams ensuring the quality of monthly closing procedures (revenues, expenses, hours reporting). Support the central finance team with year-end closing while providing ad-hoc financial assistance where needed;
  • Ensure Compliance & Legal Support – Manage contracts with clients, staff, and external experts while coordinating with internal and external legal teams as needed. Maintain compliance across all legal entities in the region;
  • Lead Local HR & Employee Engagement – Oversee local HR processes, including document flow, benefits administration, vacation tracking, and employee engagement initiatives. Support centralised recruitment team;
  • Supervise Administration & Vendor Management – Oversee office space management, supplier relationships, and administrative functions to ensure operational efficiency;
  • Align & Implement Group Policies – Ensure the execution of international company policies at the regional level while proposing improvements to back-office processes;
  • Hold Executive Responsibilities – Serve as the legal representative (CEO or board member) for all entities in the region and hold signature rights and bank payment approval across legal entities.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in operations, finance, or controlling, with proven experience in team management. A strong understanding of HR, legal, and administrative functions is highly valued;
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written);
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in financial and operational processes;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions in a fast-paced environment;
  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, fast-changing landscape;
  • Interest in working in an international environment with cross-functional teams.

The final monthly salary for this position is up to 1.400.000,00 AMD gross. The final offer will be based on experience and assessment during the interview process.
