You will:

  • Support project implementation under the supervision of senior team members;
  • Identify and track donor-funding projects in Kosovo and prepare summary reports;
  • Assist in drafting project proposals;
  • Gather data to conduct research to analyze industries, competitors, and business opportunities;
  • Organize events and workshops to meet company and client objectives;
  • Collaborate with consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget;
  • Prepare training materials and presentations for clients;
  • Maintain client communication to provide updates;
  • Adhere to company policies and assist in policy creation when needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or related fields;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Albanian;
  • Strong analytical and research skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines.
