Take the step towards your journey with us and join us as a Senior Consultant for EU Funding in Slovakia, Hungary or another European country.

You will:

  • Manage client communication independently within assigned workstreams;
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and consultations with manager-level client staff;
  • Translate a high-level project framework into a clear methodology and output, and independently deliver a full project stream on time;
  • Lead small teams of junior colleagues, ensuring high-quality outputs and effective collaboration;
  • Contribute to complex EU funding proposal writing, project reporting, budgeting, and implementation tasks;
  • Apply conceptual thinking and creativity to develop practical recommendations for clients;
  • Coach and guide less experienced colleagues, sharing knowledge and methods.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in EU-funded proposal writing, and/or project implementation;
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (economics, political science, international relations, business administration, finance, management, sustainability or related disciplines);
  • Proven success with at least several EU-funded proposals and/or implemented projects;
  • Experience managing client communication and small project teams;
  • Strong understanding of EU policies, funding mechanisms, and programme structures;
  • Excellent research, writing, analytical, and workshop-facilitation skills;
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments simultaneously;
  • Fluency in English (additional EU languages are an asset).
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience in a consulting environment;
  • Sector expertise in innovation, sustainability and digitalisation;
  • Experience in financial management of EU projects.

The final monthly salary for this position ranges from 2100 EUR gross/month to 2500 EUR gross/month (for Slovakia based candidates) and depends on your previous experience and assessment during interviews.
