Take the step towards your journey with us and join us as a Senior Consultant for Innovation Advisory in Portugal.

You will:

  • Support innovation ecosystem players in their development through organising and managing ecosystem projects: accelerators, hackathons, etc.
  • Help startups develop their ideas and solutions, attract funding and reach out to investors;
  • Network and build relationships with various ecosystem players;
  • Scout startups and individuals with innovative ideas to participate in different programs and events;
  • Design agendas and programs for startup ecosystem projects;
  • Build innovation ecosystems through consulting projects locally and globally;
  • Implement international donor-funded projects related to building the innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystem in Ukraine as well as support grant-funding project implementation.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Innovation Management, Economics, Business Management, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in innovation management, management consulting, accelerator programs, or hackathons is expected.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills have been developed and demonstrated.
  • A dynamic team environment is seen as an exciting and motivating workspace.
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is essential for daily communication and collaboration.
  • Fluency in Portuguese is required.
  • A strong drive for excellence and a commitment to delivering results that add value to the business is essential.
