It all began with an unexpected twist! My previous company merged with Civitta and suddenly, I was part of something much bigger. While I’ve worked on plenty of exciting projects, the real turning point in my career came when I started my transition toward becoming an Associate Partner. That shift wasn’t just about taking on more responsibility – it was about carving out my niche and building expertise that would help define me.
I sat down with my development advisor, pitched five ideas, and — boom! — the Employer Brand Study was born. What started as a bold idea is now the Baltics’ largest employer image study, making waves in publications, events, and conferences. But more than its growth, it showed me that people, their values and impact are the true heartbeat of every success.
The Employer Brand Study helps companies navigate the talent market by revealing how they’re perceived and what professionals value. It offers insights into talent needs, employer reputation, and competitive positioning, enabling companies to strengthen their appeal and attract top talent.
The study reveals that specialists value a company’s purpose and culture as much as benefits. Employee feedback is nearly 7x more impactful than company-led messaging — proving that voices matter more than budgets. Companies that act on these insights attract top talent, unlocking endless possibilities.
I’m excited about the future of neuroscience tech and how it could revolutionize the way we understand the consumer mind. I predict we’ll see neuroscience tools, like brainwave monitoring and emotional mapping, becoming more user-friendly and affordable. This will allow businesses of all sizes to gain deeper insights into how people think, feel and make decisions.
But let’s be clear: no technology can replace human insight. AI and neuroscience analyze data at scale, but they lack the empathy and context of human expertise. True consumer understanding comes from interpreting the “why” behind the numbers. In the future, AI and neuroscience will enhance our ability to decode behavior, while human researchers focus on deeper insights — creating strategies that are not just data-driven, but truly human-centered.
For me, curiosity is the cornerstone of my professional philosophy. I’m constantly drawn to understanding how things work, why people behave the way they do, and how all things connect. This has been the cornerstone of my career, fueling my desire to dig deeper, ask questions and never settle for surface-level answers.
