Lucas serves Civitta as a manager of EU-wide innovation projects such as hackathons, accelerators, and long-term pilot programmes. Most notably, he has done so in the Defence sector for EUDIS; the mobility sector for Bolt; ChallengerAI in Ukraine for EstDev; and has supported 30+ long-term cocreation pilots focussed on procurement for the EIC.
