This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about guiding organizations through the journey of digital decisions, leveraging their expertise in business process management and digital strategy.

CIVITTA – Question the Answer

You will:

  • Perform desk researches, analyze data
  • Interpret data using advanced analysis and visualization solutions, develop interactive dashboards and reports
  • Active participation in project related matters and discussions
  • Communication with clients, understanding their needs and expectations
  • Writing of proposals and reports
  • Creating concepts (backlog) of how the desired functionality of the information system should work
  • Create valid methods for analysis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, IT systems, finance, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of working experience
  • Good communication skills, attention to details
  • Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
  • Lithuanian and English as your main working languages, both verbal and written
  • Desire to reach for excellence and produce results that add value to the business
