🚀 CIVITTA Lithuania is looking for a Consultant for Public Digital Advisory to work side by side with our clients on strategic planning, change management and digital transformations!
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about guiding organizations through the journey of digital decisions, leveraging their expertise in business process management and digital strategy.

CIVITTA – Question the Answer

You will:

  • Work with team and client to define business processes in support of transformation and change management activities;
  • Prepare concepts for digital product implementation;
  • Deliver solutions and suggestions to further drive the Lithuanian e-government environment;
  • Identify gaps and developing recommendations on how to fill existing gaps with digital products;
  • Create concepts (backlog) of how the desired functionality of the information system should work;
  • Participate in discussions and brainstorming sessions;
  • Create valid methods for analysis;
  • Coach more junior colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, IT systems, finance, or a related field;
  • 1-2 or more years of working experience;
  • Good communication skills, attention to detail;
  • Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills;
  • Familiarity with desk research, interviews, and data analysis;
  • Confidence to convert your findings into reports and present them to clients and the team;
  • Lithuanian and English as your main working languages, both verbal and written.
