Challenge yourself and join our innovation team at CIVITTA as a Communication Specialist.

You will:

  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies of our projects in the innovation stream: grants programs, hackathons, accelerators, other startup and entrepreneurship programs;
  • Develop and implement a communication strategy that includes content creation, promotion, media outreach and social media management;
  • Initiate, coordinate and implement partnerships, and collaboration with external organizations;
  • Supervise the team of designers, photographers, illustrators and videographers for creating content;
  • Help with organization of online and offline events, workshops, webinars, conferences;
  • Track, measure, find insights and provide in-depth reports on communication activities.
  • Write and develop a variety of communication materials: articles, posts, press and post releases, etc.

Requirements:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field;
  • You have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role;
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills (Ukrainian and English language);
  • You have experience in Adobe family, Canva, Figma or other similar design tools;
  • You are able to maintain social networks and setting up target advertising;
  • You have solid organization skills, including attention to details and multitasking skills;
  • You have strategic and creative mindset.
