You will:

  • Carry out qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to support evidence-based recommendations and decision-making.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements.
  • Participate in analysis of industries and macroeconomic environments.
  • Analyze and evaluate public sector programs and policies to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Design strategic plans, policy documents, and operational frameworks that align with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings to drive project objectives and foster collaborative working environments.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports, proposals, and presentations that communicate complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Prepare project proposals and help manage consulting projects within the public sector, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Deliver consulting projects primarily in Armenia, and also around the world.

Requirements:

  • A University degree in Economics, Public Administration, Finance, Business Management, or a related field;
  • Fluent in Armenian and English;
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in the public sector or consulting or a related field;
  • Understanding of public sector governance, policy development, business management;
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word;
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet project demands;
  • Skills: Analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking; critical thinking and time management; both independent and team work; communication; resilience, flexibility and agility; creative thinking; motivation and self-awareness; curiosity and lifelong learning; emotional intelligence.
