CIVITTA, a leading management consultancy in the CEE and Nordics, is seeking talented and passionate candidates to join their expanding Slovak team as EU Funding and Grants Consultants. As a Grant Consultant, you will work with clients from various industries, helping them challenge their own sectors by becoming more innovative, efficient, and dynamic. The main focus areas of the company include sustainability (including climate transition and green energy), digitalization, and disruptive innovations.

You will:

  • Prepare project proposals, ensuring clarity, coherence, and compliance with funding requirements;
  • Develop persuasive narratives that highlight the project’s impact, innovation, and alignment with funding objectives;
  • Research and analyse available funding opportunities;
  • Conduct market research and gather business data to assess market trends;
  • Analyze existing and proposed solutions to identify issues, risks, benefits, and business impacts;
  • Develop insights and strategic recommendations for clients based on findings;
  • Identify relevant funding opportunities on the EU and national level;
  • Assist clients in attracting funding to support their innovation potential;
  • Develop innovative project proposals in the fields of sustainability, innovation, and digitalization;
  • Collaborate closely with startups, companies, and international groups in various sectors to identify relevant innovation opportunities and contribute to the development of the innovation ecosystem;

Requirements:

  • Experience with proposals writing;
  • Experience with European financial instruments (e.g., ESIF, Recovery Plan, Horizon Europe, Digital Europe Program, CEF) is a plus but not required;
  • Degree or relevant experience in a field, such as business, sustainability, or engineering;
  • Fluency in English and Slovak language;
  • Strong analytical thinking and writing skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret data with attention to detail;
  • Willingness to develop expertise in the field of innovation;
  • Self-starter with excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Monthly salary starting from 1600 EUR gross/month;
